When a petition leads to the coolest playground in Paris. Three years ago, desperate to find a public sports field near their homes, middle school students from the Halles neighborhood launched a petition for the construction of a playground. Success! After collecting nearly 400 signatures, the Paris City Hall retained their project and chose to fund it through the participatory budget.
